Overall experience was very positive. The car (Porsche Boxster) is in great shape. There were minor mechanical problems (dead battery) in the showroom. The sales staff worked hard to help me. Greatest dealer experience I've ever had. Phil was awesome with the process, not pushy at all and real helpful. Steve Page was very professional and customer services was great. However, working with others at the dealership to finalize the sale was a little unorganized. From incorrectly charging me a higher amou was great. However, working with others at the dealership to finalize the sale was a little unorganized. Multiple missing information and had to call the dealership multiples times to get it right. I am sure if Steve was available this part of the process would have been much smoother. More
