I highly rate/reccomend this dealership, as well as Aaron Gramazio for many reasons. I am from New York, so I traveled about 4 hours each way just to pick up this car. Aaron made me feel extremely comfortable during the whole process and I felt like I knew him forever. I took the Amtrak train to Mass. from New York and Aaron drove his own car to pick me up. I think that is incredible customer service. By no means did he have to do that, but he did, and I am greatful. He also worked with me on the price over the phone before the sale and got me to a number where I was happy at. All of our negotiations were done by phone and email before we actually met eachother in person, and like I said before, I couldnt be any happier with how smooth and easy the transaction went. I will forever reccomend Aaron to anyone who is looking for a car. In my eyes, the amount of customer service I recieved outweighs the distance traveled, and I would do it again tomorrow if I needed another vehicle. Very good experience at North End Motors and I've been to them all!, I found out that my car (2002 Caddi DHS) was in a car accident before I bought the car so they could not give me full value of the car. I recently purchased a 2007 Chevy trailblazer from North end motors. I was previously in a vehicle with high miles and lots of wear.
