I went to this dealership looking for a used car. The salesman who helped me, Steve was extremely helpful and friendly. He did his best to make the car I wanted fit into my price range. My family and I went in to N. End Motors with a very, very strict budget. Jason Cabrera greeted us warmly and worked with us on the computer to locate the specific make we wanted (Toyota) within our ver very strict budget. He was attentive, went out of his way to show us the car on another lot, and even came in to work on his day off to deliver the car to us. We had looked online and hadn't found anything we liked, but decided to stop in anyway because N. End was nearby. We had visited larger and smaller dealerships for several days prior, but upon meeting and doing business with Jason (a new hire) over a few days' time, I can say that this was the most positive experience I've had in a long time. They were also patient and held the car for us a few days while we waited for an insurance settlement check. We refered some friends to Pedro. They say they got a great car for a great price and a reasonable amount for their trade in - then Pedro sent us $100 for the referral. More

Steve was very helpful in pointing out the cars I was interested in and worked with me to get me to the right vehicle at an acceptable price, although I felt I came up about $500 short especially with the dealer's $385 document preparation fees. I looked into the fees and according to industry standards, the fee is well above the high cost of $100 for document prep. That aside my experience with Steve as my sales contact and Andrea handling the financing was very positive. Andrea was also quick to process the paperwork, have information ready and answer any questions for me regarding my loan. I would surely refer friends to Northend Motors and return for another car should the opportunity be presented. This is due to the fine job and personal care given by both Steve and Andrea.
