My family and I went to North End Motors to trade in a vehicle we previously purchased there. We were greeted by Patrick, the manager who was exceptionally nice. After speaking with Patrick, he set us up with Paul McCarthy to test drive some new cars. We explained to Paul that we needed a more gas efficient car and he recommended 3-4 great cars. Paul was very knowledgeable about all three cars. He explained the pros and cons of each car with clarity. He had an amazing personality as well. After choosing the car that we wanted, it became time to crunch numbers. Most people feel that this part if the experience is the most grueling, but not with Paul. He lays everything on the table, and really there are no surprises, as you may have experienced with other car salesman. I felt like he was playing on my team, while still able to do his job. We had a great experience at North End Motors. My family and I would highly recommend them!! More

I was looking for three specific models, certian mileage, price. Found my car through Kelley Blue Book online and emailed this dealership. Very quick response. When I first visited North End Motors website, I saw some great deals but wasn't sure if they were true or if was a reputable dealer. I am here to help all those others questioning this as well. I looked at other dealers first looking for the perfect used car, which in itself is a hard thing to do. Needless to say, North End Motors had the best condition used Accord I had seen as well as an unbeatable price. The car was carfax approved and it was still under warranty. I was taken care of by Leanro, a great guy who wanted to make us happy. Save yourself some time when looking for a car next time and just check out North End Motors first, try and compare their prices because you can't. GREAT GREAT GREAT experience. More

I found North End on line and got Jason in the call ctr. He was so relaxed and friendly! I was very stressed having been in an accident and needed a car fast. It was 100 degrees on the lot that day but he kept his cool and found a beautiful car for me that i could actually afford. The delivery of the car the following week took longer than i would have liked - 5 hrs!!(apparently the RI dmv interferred with my plans) but once i saw my beautiful Honda in my driveway, all my stress went away. I would definitely recommend North End to my friends!! Thank you everyone for being consistently friendly and accomodating!!!!!! More
