I just purchased a used Camry from North End a couple of days ago. I worked with Leandro, who was very helpful and straightforward with me. My family and I went to North End Motors to trade in a vehicle we previously purchased there. We were greeted by Patrick, the manager who was exceptionally nice. After speaking with Patrick, he set us up with Paul McCarthy to test drive some new cars. We explained to Paul that we needed a more gas efficient car and he recommended 3-4 great cars. Paul was very knowledgeable about all three cars. He explained the pros and cons of each car with clarity. He had an amazing personality as well. After choosing the car that we wanted, it became time to crunch numbers. Most people feel that this part if the experience is the most grueling, but not with Paul. He lays everything on the table, and really there are no surprises, as you may have experienced with other car salesman. I felt like he was playing on my team, while still able to do his job. We had a great experience at North End Motors. My family and I would highly recommend them!! More
