When I first visited North End Motors website, I saw some great deals but wasn't sure if they were true or if was a reputable dealer. I am here to help all those others questioning this as well. I looked at other dealers first looking for the perfect used car, which in itself is a hard thing to do. Needless to say, North End Motors had the best condition used Accord I had seen as well as an unbeatable price. The car was carfax approved and it was still under warranty. I was taken care of by Leanro, a great guy who wanted to make us happy. It was 100 degrees on the lot that day but he kept his cool and found a beautiful car for me that i could actually afford. The delivery of the car the following week took longer than i would have liked - 5 hrs!!(apparently the RI dmv interferred with my plans) but once i saw my beautiful Honda in my driveway, all my stress went away. After seeing a posting on Cars.com, I visited North End Motors in Canton, MA and was greeted by Steven Page. He helped me test drive three separate vehicles - two on my first visit, and another vehicle two days later because I decided to come back. Steve was helpful and friendly on both occasions, and I didn't have to deal with high-pressure sales tactics. I appreciate that. After much consideration, I ended up finding the vehicle I wanted at another dealership, but the decision to purchase elsewhere was not due to any fault of Steve's or the dealership - I ended up looking for a specific make, model, and trim level that wasn't easy to come by. My only complaint - Online listings could be more accurate. A Hyundai Elantra was listed as an "SE" model, when in fact it was just the base model "GLS". That was disappointing to discover upon my visit. Still, I would recommend to others and personally return to North End Motors for future purchases. More
