Steve, the salesman who showed me the car I was interested in on my first visit, and Rich, the salesman who helped through the rest of the process, were both very friendly and personable. When a problem with one of the doors showed up the day after I had taken the car home, R.G. in the service dept was great about getting the car into their busy schedule and into the shop on short notice. Mike, the mechanic, found and fixed the problem, and Brian, the service advisor, got the part ordered, delivered, and installed while I waited. And he explained everything and answered all my questions. All in all, a very positive experience. I’m very happy with the car, and would recommend North End Motors to someone looking for their next car. More

I am currently working with Steve to purchase my first used car. I found the car online, scheduled a time to test drive it and purchased the vehicle with a great interest rate that North End was able t aggressive. Overall very good experience. Steve, the salesman was super. I was less thrilled with the financing piece. I had trouble getting a real number of what would be financed. I had to ask a few times. Also the "around 4%" interest rate was actually 5% when I came in to sign. Nothing unusual I guess, but if they want to be a top dealer, they need to be open about the numbers. Car was a good deal, sales staff was great, and I would buy from them again. More

When I first started looking for a car for my son, I went to a local used car dealer. They were the classic slimy used car guys said the car was perfect, strong arm sales technique etc. While I was driving to a local used car dealer. They were the classic slimy used car guys said the car was perfect, strong arm sales technique etc. While I was driving the car to my mechanic to look over it, I noticed an issue with the brakes. He looked at the brakes and said "I am surprised the car stopped" so much for perfect. I then went one line to look for more cars and I came across North End motors. I saw all the terrific reviews and thought I had to check them out. As every one has attested to, they are great. Easy to work with, nice inventory of car and a fair price. I bought a Honda Accrod and when I got it it had a small problem and they took care of it without a problem. My advice is dont bother going anywhere else. these guys are great. More
