Everything about this dealership is great. I had a surprising interaction with the woman at the checkout, Ruby. Instead of just saying, I’m sorry that card does not work here or it was declined, there was a definite tone and look from her that was surprising to receive as a long time customer. It was a look and tone suggesting I was an idiot. Maybe that’s not what she intended, however, that is definitely what was communicated by her actions. Everyone else at North end motors is friendly and pleasant. Luke Goodrich was terrific in handling my inspection sticker appointment. He was friendly, very quick to get everything he needed and did it with a friendly smile. In addition, Dave Skotnick came over to me to say hello before I checked out. That was very appreciated. The way Luke and Dave interacted with the customer today could not have been any better. More

They were very professional in there business dealings and very pleasant and easy to work with. I love that they service the vehicle twice (once when it comes in and once when you buy it). The emergency light was on for the entirety of our test drive, which the salesman was unaware of and then tried to brush off as a problem that happens because of weather. The car also made abnormal whirrin drive, which the salesman was unaware of and then tried to brush off as a problem that happens because of weather. The car also made abnormal whirring noises as we drove, which the salesman was also unaware of but tried to reassure us that they’d fix everything once we bought it. It was not helpful that the salesman didn’t seem to know the particular car he was selling, and his rote answers were unconvincing and sketchy. In the entirety of our interactions, even as we both asked questions, the salesman only looked at / addressed one of us (the man, not the woman), which was somewhat disrespectful but we tried to engage with him. When we asked about pricing since another car we are considering is 2yrs newer with 20k less mileage at the same price (we think it was a fair question), we got a long answer about the dealership’s great customer reviews? When all we needed to know was that the prices were fixed. At this point we were done. As we tried to leave, the salesman brought over his boss, who thanked us and basically told us that the reason we weren’t interested was that we didn’t have the money lol — which was not the reason at all. It was a bewildering and disrespectful experience. More
