Their fallback is to schedule an appointment on the phone and even then you get berated there as well. What kind of company does that whose sole purpose is to service customers. I dropped off my car for service on May 18th. Today is October 28th and I still do not have my car back. The service manager BRANDON BURRIS tells me every week that it will be ready the following Today is October 28th and I still do not have my car back. He finally gave me the name and phone number of the fixed ops director named TIM SHIPE and we called him but TIM SHIPE does not care enough to return a phone call. I seriously regret taking my car here FIVE MONTHS AGO. At this point I don't know what has happened with my car or if they even still have it. More

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worst service department ever plus, even the service director and owner will NOT return emails, text messages or phone messages. My 2018 Hyundai Sona Worst service department ever plus, even the service director and owner will NOT return emails, text messages or phone messages. My 2018 Hyundai Sonata has KNOWN oil consumption issues which they claim to be resolved, but they are not. I've been stranded on the side of the rode, checked my oil in front of the tow truck driver and it registered NO oil, yet the Brandon Burris lied and told me it was a fuel filter issue and that they only had to add a little oil. Now, again, my car is below low on oil and I still have 500 miles to go before I'm due for an oil change. No one will return my calls! Idiots! More
