I wasn’t that keen on the service rep, who said spark plugs need to be changed every six years when Toyota’s online info says 10. I received an email stating my service is complete. My service consultant was Ana. I’m not blaming her; however, the service I requested was not addressed or completed. I specifically came in to have the panel lights checked and a battery replacement. After spending $318.00 and 4 hours, all that was completed was the battery replacement. 4 hours to replace a batter?!? Really? The panel light issue was not resolved and still very dim. Obviously, the panel light issue was not checked. I should note that when you are in a covered area, the panel lights are somewhat visible, but when you are out in the sunlight, you can’t to see anything in the sunlight, which is a hazard driving. I specifically requested to have that checked. I was told to return my car for additional diagnostics, which is ridiculous, and means more charges and time spent. I have to take time off work to get this done. I have been coming to this dealer for over 10 years and I have to say this is the first time I am totally unhappy and extremely dissatisfied with the service. The service manager insisted that was the way the panel lights are on this vehicle. That’s nonsense; the panel lights were bright when I got the car originally, and now, you can’t see anything in the sunlight. I am extremely dissatisfied and need to have this rectified. My issue was not resolved, in fact, it was swept under the rug. “Come back and we will run a diagnostic check.” I was there for 4 hours, and all that was done was replace a battery. A diagnostic check could and should have been done within that time frame to check the issues of the panel light. I am a step away of posting a negative review on Yelp. More
