My recent service experience at North Hollywood Toyota was Excellent ! My standard maintenance as well as my recall issue were both handled in an extremely timely and efficient manner. Jack helped me get through rough battery and tire situations. Seems to me the Office and Mechanics work as a pretty good team. Even though there are young Mechanics learning that work there, any prob situations. Seems to me the Office and Mechanics work as a pretty good team. Even though there are young Mechanics learning that work there, any problems that arose were addressed quickly and with professionalism. There was never a time I felt alone in the process. Jack was there with me. It is never fun to take your car into the shop, but I felt taken care of. Jack was attentive and informative. I would like to see management allow for the office to take more time with us though. For them to slow down and make sure we understand everything that is happening. I felt I had more questions and wanted to understand better before being ushered off. That is on me for not speaking up, but it also on the guidance of the service center to make sure customers feel informed. And that starts at the top. So if you're reading this know that if you find yourself having your car serviced, go see Jack, but make sure you speak up when and if you don't understand or need more time to. Also, if you end up using Sunbit to help pay for services, know that you will have to pay roughly half of the total cost when you pick up your car. I had to pay $595.26 out of a $1190.51 total cost. It's just something to prepare for, think about and be aware of. More
