I am really getting tried of being told my car needs major repairs and told outrageous price to fix it. ONLY TO BE TOLD BY ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP THAT THERE IS NOTHING WRONG!! This is the 3rd time this major repairs and told outrageous price to fix it. ONLY TO BE TOLD BY ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP THAT THERE IS NOTHING WRONG!! This is the 3rd time this has happened. Are you guys trying to make money off of customers? I can't trust this dealership anymore and will have to look for another. More

The service was fine, a little pricy, as expected. The time it took (from 10:00 am to roughly 3:45 pm) was a little unexpected. Also, give them an update on how long it is going to take. If it is going to take longer than expected, perhaps the customer will go grab a bite to eat rather than sitting in the waiting area expecting their car to be ready within an hour or two. More

Angel goes above and beyond every time! ! I’m really happy that I found such an excellent service advisor. He’s great with communication and really cares about the customer. I was having ong ! I was having ongoing issues with my Prius battery, and he wouldn’t rest until we figured out what was wrong. The second time I came in for the same issue, after paying the expensive battery diagnostic fee the first time, he waived the fee and even gave me a free oil change! He went above and beyond to give me peace of mind and make me feel valued. Plus, he always has a smile on his face! More
