My salesmen was SPECTACULAR, AWESOME AND VERY HELPFUL. I came there and he gave me exactly what i wanted so FIVE STAR FOR HIM! Today is January 27, 2020 I purchased my car January 12, 2020 and i have been back there twice for the same issue on Monday January 20, and today January 27. Twice in less than 3 weeks... i haven’t even had the car for a month yet!!! So they Have been given 1 STAR by me AND To be honest THEY DIDNT EVEN DESERVE THAT 1 STAR!!! SERVICE DEPARTMENT REALLY SUCKS, for one they are rude, they don’t have customer service experience, and they are not friendly AT ALL. I felt the negative energy once i spoke to Joe, i guess he’s one of the manager, he made me feel as if i was bothering him. The door clearly says 8am. I walk in at 7:57 explaining exactly why i was there and he told me to wait cuz they not open yet, And he doing paperwork and they open at 9. But like i mentioned before the door says 8am. A lady walked in behind me and he said the same thing to her SMH. There was also another guy there NAMED GARRY I BELIEVE he just walked out and didn’t even speak. He just looked and walked away. I guess he was trying to see who joe was talking too, as if it was some kind of joke to them..... what gets me is this car has been inventory and it seems to me that the cars in their inventory are not being look at or taken care of because it makes no sense that it’s less than three weeks and my car is blowing hot air! THERE was an issue in the car and it was sold as is! IM SURE THEY KNEW ABOUT IT BUT THE PPL IN SERVICE DONT CARE AND DONT WANT TO WORK!THATS WHY YOU BEING SOLD MESSED UP CARS, cuz money more important than you having reliable transportation... The first time i sent it there it was making a little noise, I’m sure they heard it but it was ignored because i didn’t point it out , today i brought it back and mentioned the noise and guess what the noise was apart of the problem and why my car blowing hot air, if i didn’t say nothing guess what i would have gotten a hot car back again and would have been suffering with my two kids again...... Also If i didn’t have the extended warranty it would have all been on me! SO FOR THE PPL BUYING FROM THEM, PLEASE MAKE SURE THE CAR IS FULLY FUNCTIONING BEFORE YOU SIGN ANY PAPER, or you will be inconvenienced like me! Another thing is this is the second time i had to leave my car there and a rental was NOT GIVEN TO ME, and i pay for the extended warranty. I had to find a way to and from work and back to them and i had to pay someone to take my kids to and from school when i was supposed to be given a rental!!! SO WHY AM I PAYING FOR IT!!! I’m at work trying to find away back to them to get my car at 6. And I’m beyond fustrated because no one can come for me. So i might not make it on time. #FEELINGREALLYBUMPEDOUTRIGHTNOW More

Search their inventory...They look to earn your business! A group you want to do business with! Admittedly my first impression by phone to the internet department was not the greatest. I called in 2 times and did not have a satisfactory experience. On my next call I was placed directly with a Sales Professional. I was assured by the Salesperson Paulo that he would take ownership and upper management would be made aware. There was a car I REALLY wanted, and I had watched their website. Their prices are always competitive. The car I wanted had not been cleared for sale yet, but was in line to be soon. Paulo (salesperson) was able to put a rush on the prep, and the car was moved up and actually made ready the following morning. To ensure I got the car I offered a deposit because. I was told I could NOT, because if the car does not meet inspection it would be for not! I was even told by the GM that is not their practice. The car was ready the following morning and unfortunately for me someone bought it (good for them). I was livid!!!! However I was not there and did not confirm an appointment to get the car. There are plenty of ways to spin this, but here is why I recommend Miami Car Credit! I got a follow up call from the GM of the dealership. They offered to look within their network and find me another car. They went as far as instructing their buyer's to locate me another. I had found another I thought may have sufficed, and they noted the Carfax reported some issues. I have spoken to the dealership daily, and have access to my salesperson and top management if needed. They do a thorough inspection on all there vehicles, and they help you get into the right car. Nobody totally knows the history of a car, but this dealership is committed to your safety and satisfaction. I will buy and recommend this establish! Carl for Landstar More

I recently bought a car from Miami Car Credit. I purchased a 2018 Chevy Cruz with around 45,000 miles. It was priced a little under $10,000. My sales associate was great and everyone was super nice. The first day I got the car I noticed noises from the back. It was very concerning considering I just got the car the same day. I brought the car in for service the next day and they told me a strut needed to be replaced. Then some more time goes by and the noise is still happening so they told me they needed to replace the sub frame. They didn’t charge me for any of this because this was wrong when I got the car. As someone who works two jobs and has very little time off, I don’t appreciate having to wait all day for hours in the waiting room for my car to be fixed when it should have already been in a good condition. I must have went back five or six times taking up my whole day. I noticed the problem within the first hour I got the car originally. I was happy with the service but I don’t recommend this dealership if they’ll overlook problems like that and sell the car hoping for the best. More

Compared to other dealerships, they had the absolute lowest list prices in Miami. Can easily save 1000 to 1500. Their prices are very low, so not a lot of room at all to negotiate prices. Eliminates the need for negotiating. Lots of of buyers and lots of staff. Lots of vehicles to choose from. All staff at all levels were attentive to the customers. They were not aggressive in trying to sell you the vehicle. They even handled a miscommunication with great care and to my absolute satisfaction Don't think about it.
