Alfredo kept me calm and collected throughout the process and was a great liaison between me and fianace department who i wasn't too fond of under the circumstances, stories and 'testing the waters' misrepresentation. All in all without Alfredo's expertise experience knowledge and level-headedness the deal would not have been to my liking. He said it best you rather me leave happy with a car or leave happy without a car but as long as I was happy great customer service thank you Alfredo and I am enjoying car. More
