DO NOT READ IF YOU DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR FINANCES It was recommended to me by a member of the family who bought a Nissan Altima used in September 2018 at Miami Car Credit. After reviewing their online It was recommended to me by a member of the family who bought a Nissan Altima used in September 2018 at Miami Car Credit. After reviewing their online car inventory, I narrowed down to 1 unit, a Grey-Infinity. Before driving to the dealership, I took the time and called to ensure the car was physically available to show it. She replied: Yes, the car is available. When I arrived at the dealership, I was never greedy for anyone and when I was able to speak to the manager he told me that the unit I liked was not available because they had an accident in the parking lot the day before. He apologized and after talking for a few minutes I told myself that I wasn’t going to let a possible miscommunication issue end my potential business with them, so I decided to try a similar vehicle they had in the parking lot. When I test drove the Infinity numerous mechanical issues presented, for example; Check Engine Light was on and the breaks needed to be replaced. These mechanical problems were observed before signing the contract and were added into it as a VOID-condition if they are not repair it has been 1 month since the purchase was made and I have been going back and forth with the dealer since his technician cannot solve the problems. The "manager" of his department of services, Alexander, was defiant and annoyed by the times I called asking politely to solve the problem, since the car was under his possession for more than 2 weeks and my first payment has already begun. To conclude my experience with the dealer was horrible, dissatisfied and exhausted with their untrained unprofessional personal. More
