Poor communication Tried to purchase a vehicle on 2/15/19 asked for more info on a vehicle and they were great the first day they got all my info and even asked for me t Tried to purchase a vehicle on 2/15/19 asked for more info on a vehicle and they were great the first day they got all my info and even asked for me to run my credit in which I did but shortly after communication stopped I didn’t get a call/email the next day I had to email them and ask what else am I missing in order for me to get the vehicle... no response I called the next day which would be Sunday the 17th and they apologized to me saying they were very busy which I get since it was Presidents’ Day weekend they told me they’ll sit with a manager and get back to me that day.. they never did. I called again on Monday asking to speak to a sales manager in which I was told “the sales managers never answer their phones if I can just relay the message to them” so I did and they told me yet again they’ll reach out to me later that day but yet again they didn’t so now I just feel disrespected and upset because I ran my credit for no reason when they didn’t have any intentions on selling me the vehicle waste of my time never have I ever had to reach out to a dealer so much to purchase a car not a great experience. Untrustworthy, fraudulent, unreliable, no integrity DO NOT CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS WITH MIAMI CAR CREDIT. This place in untrustworthy, fraudulent work ethics and has absolutely no integrity. Their word is DO NOT CONDUCT ANY BUSINESS WITH MIAMI CAR CREDIT. This place in untrustworthy, fraudulent work ethics and has absolutely no integrity. Their word is unreliable and meaningless. Don't deal with these auction buyers who just care about making a quick buck and could care less about their reputation or their patrons. We closed a deal with the Sales Manager, had a written disclosure and loan amount for the purchase of a used vehicle (2015, with over 28k miles which needed repairs and had 3 accidents on file) and our trade-in of a brand new, 2019 vehicle only used for 60 days with less than 1500 miles on it. The original deal and total amount was in writing, signed by the Sales Manager and approved by financing, as they ran our credit and came back with our credit score and APR % settled on the loan. A Finance Manager walks up to us, while the salespersons are stalling us, claiming there is a "block" or a "freeze" on our credit, in a very aggressive and combative manner, and demands that we either take a new deal that she came up with forn$4,000 less than the amount agreed for our trade-in, or leave with our trade in. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional, walking up to a closed deal and stating that she feels that this deal is bad for their business so she won't allow for the financing portion to go through. I bet this is done on a regular basis with other customers. They agree on one thing in writing, and then arbittarily interfere with the transaction and decide to gamble with their customers and their deals. How could you believe anything they say or do after seeing this blatant disregard towards their customers? The older woman claiming to be the Financial Manager showed no remorse or sympathy towards her breaking of a written deal. She acted like it's a common practice for her to do so. After driving for over 1 hour to get here, spending all afternoon working the numbers and deciding on the deal, having run our credit then she decides that she doesn't like it and says she won't go through with it regardless on what we had already agreed on...... it was a total waste of our time, our money and frankly, of our patience. This business is not legitimate and does not care about their patrons in-store. Why would anyone do business with someone like that ??? Lesson learned. More
