Sale man I went to Miami car credit to (look) for a new car, and I had no expectation of getting a car when I was greeted by Clevon. Clevon greeted me with a w I went to Miami car credit to (look) for a new car, and I had no expectation of getting a car when I was greeted by Clevon. Clevon greeted me with a warm smile, his service was Base, ok, he was not pushes like other car salesmen. He answered each question without attitude, but he also didn't answer each questions fully. I greatly appreciate that he was somewhat helpful because this was my first time financing a car so I had tons of question. When I finally narrow my search down to an Infiniti Q50 and Lexus IS200T when I went to test drive the Lexus he made this smart remark that " this is small " so I decide to move forward with the Q50. Then when it got down to pricing he told me $385 for the Lexus and a little more for the Infiniti when one of the head managers came over and said Clevon " you didn't tell him if he puts $500 down that his Q50 can be the same price." Clevon looked at me and lie to my face and said yes I did I was pissed. Clevon was not as helpful once I brought my car. Once i purchased My Infiniti Q 50 I had to take it back two times within one week. The first time was because the airbag light came on and the maintenance light, the second time was because it would not start. I ended up having my car tow into the dealership when Clevon saw me he was like " oh this never happened and almost suggested that it was my fault. He didn't try to help me find a resolution. When I went into the General manager office explain my situation he took me back to the service dept and told them to care of everything! They took care of everything the Whole management team is xxxxing Awesome! Especially the following managers Jose Chaviano, Mike Landzberg, Irina Maslo, and the General manager who sits in the corner office. is xxxxing AWESOME! as well as the entire SEVICE dept. They provided me a loaner and they had my car sent to the Infiniti dealership where my car was replaced with a new starter, battery, window switch and truck shocks all replaced from the dealership because it was under warranty I was Extremely grateful. The general manager told me that either way" we are going to take care of you and they did." Clevon is not a bad guy, but he is not totally honest he is a little sneaky. I would definitely recommend this place !! The management team here cares about the CUSTOMERS satisfaction. Hopefully, I will have NO more problems with this car!!!! More
