I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. I went on their website a couple of times but decided to go ahead and start the process by filing out the online credit app. Before I could finish the application I got a call to schedule an appointment. My appointment was with Jay the next morning. When I got to the dealership he was ready to go! He listened to me and I felt like he was sincere when he told me he was going to do all that he could to help me out today. We had an open convo on my credit and what my budget would be and I explained to him that I was looking to trade in my car. Jay explained every step, never left me wondering what was going on and most importantly I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of (no sleazy car salesmen vibes). The entire staff I was I.
