Be very care full at this dealership Let me start off with saying that my salesmen Ben was good, Ok! so last wed 6/26/18 i had purchased a used 2015 kia soul, a car i had been searching f Let me start off with saying that my salesmen Ben was good, Ok! so last wed 6/26/18 i had purchased a used 2015 kia soul, a car i had been searching for over the wknd, so literally 1hr after i signed papers my sister called me and said that they don't need two cars anymore and want to sell me there 2008 honda accord! ok not quite as nice as the kia but a much better price! so i called ben back and explained everything to him and then i guess his boss "Greg" called back and said that there will be "consequences'" "FEES" to return it for "detailing' & prepping it! $500.00 of my hard earned money! I had given them a $2000 deposit. I did tell ben that after a few yrs i will be looking to get another vehicle and i would consider going back to them, BUT with this kind of customer service treatment i received i don't think that will happen. I will be contacting the main office in ohio to see if i can get back my hard earned $, to be continued... More
