The car was in great shape, the service was excellent, and I got in and out with my new-to-me car with no problems whatsoever. Steve was amazing and took care of every concern. They even helped resolve an issue where the tag from my old (totaled) car was in process and they got a new one reissued for me on the spot. When I was done with the paperwork, I went outside to find that my new-to-me car had been detailed and gassed up while I was doing the paperwork, so it was even more fun to drive off the lot with my shiny super clean car and a huge smile on my face.
