False advertising After getting pre approved 2 times. I went to the dealership thinking that I was going to drive away with a car. I wanted 0 down because I have heard After getting pre approved 2 times. I went to the dealership thinking that I was going to drive away with a car. I wanted 0 down because I have heard from their advertising and co workers . Mind you these co workers have worse credit than I do. So you can imagine my surprise when I spend my time and money , after being called and emailed several times a day, to go there, I get told that even with $2,000.00 down that I would need a co signer. Really!!! I went to a major dealership and was told that I only needed to pay for the cost of the tag. But because my payments would have been too high, I rejected the offer. The salesman from Miami Car Credit could have offered me a different or cheaper car than I wanted, to try to help me with a car . But instead I was told "just because you're pre approved doesn't mean that you are approved. I was treated poorly in my opinion. I'm also annoyed that 2 times upon pre approval they ran my credit and then again when I arrive. They know as well as me that by doing this it decreases you rating. And that doesn't help me in the process of starting to establish some credit. So thank you Miami Car Credit for the false advertising on making people think they have a chance with bad but not bad bad credit. More

My mothers dream vehicle Our overall experience was amazing I was looking for a Jaguar for my mother and came across Miami Car Credit. Out of all the other dealers they had th Our overall experience was amazing I was looking for a Jaguar for my mother and came across Miami Car Credit. Out of all the other dealers they had the best prices, mileage, make and models that I was looking for. Upon our arrival we saw a family member that purchased a car from Miami Car Credit before and decided to take a closer look at what I saw online prior to actually seeing the car in person. My mom then took the car for a test drive and was immediately in love and had to have the car. After getting all necessary items in place and making sure our salesman Aymen Habiballah was in place we headed to the dealership to get the ball rolling. There customer service was amazing and they paid attention to each and every detail that was a concern of my mothers and just like that the deal was done. She is now the owner of a 2013 Jaguar XF and she couldn't be more happier. Special thanks to both of the salesmen Aymen Habiballah and Jose ChavIan you were great. More

Great Car Buying Experience!!! I never felt like Juan was trying to sell me a car. I felt in control and he was very accommodating to my checklist, my budget and to myself as a per I never felt like Juan was trying to sell me a car. I felt in control and he was very accommodating to my checklist, my budget and to myself as a person. I was reluctant about purchasing a car, but the process was very easy and comfortable. In two hours tops, I was driving home to my kids. The finance specialist, the manager and the friendly atmosphere exceeded expectations.
