I called to inquire about a vehicle I seen on the lot. I spoke to a representative named Aymen, he was very polite answered all my questions with great intelligence. He knew a lot about this vehicle. I was sold on the vehicle before I ever test drove it. I didn’t have good credit at all and he made it happen for me just like he said based on what I told him how much I had to put down. He sat with me and helped me through all the paperwork and phone calls I had to make to get insurance and financed. When you go to the Miami car credit car dealership it’s important you speak to Aymen. He’s an outstanding person and a great asset to the dealership in my opinion. I experience the worst car service ever since I started buying car for a car dealership. Not the worker but the manager he keep trying to tell me something was wrong with my car and not trying to help at a buying car for a car dealership. Not the worker but the manager he keep trying to tell me something was wrong with my car and not trying to help at all.the workers understand but when you have a boss over you you really can’t speak your mind but just find a way to help and that’s what they did without him knowing and that’s a shame I will never or any family go there in the location in Dade off of 441. For service or buying a car. Unhappy with one manger that can spoiled a company. More
