Horrible Experience with sales person! From the moment we walked in we had an appointment and the sales man his name was Eugene Katz. He sat us in the mini cubical and let us sit there for From the moment we walked in we had an appointment and the sales man his name was Eugene Katz. He sat us in the mini cubical and let us sit there for 20 minutes before coming in and helping us. He was helping another couple while still running back and forth to us and asked us the same questions over and over again. My old car was involved in an accident and was a total loss thank god i wasn't up-side-down with my Leander and had a good amount of money to put down on a new car. With all the advertisement that MIAMI CAR CREDIT does you would think that your car buying experience would be great. WELL TRUST ME WHEN I SAY DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. he then finally came back to us and said that im sorry but all of the banks are denying you for a loan but i will keep trying and after waiting he told us the bank will only approve 10,000 and i would have to pick a car in that price range. SO I DID.(2012 KIA OPTIMA with 51 thousand mile) AND HE NEVER CAME BACK.( AND THE MANAGERS SEEN HOW FRUSTRATED WE WERE AND DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO COME AND ASKED US IF ANYONE WAS HELPING US MAYBE IT WAS BECAUSE WE WERE AFRICAN AMERICAN) When my husband and i decided enough was enough we got up and asked for our sales person. When he was paged to the desk his face expression told it all HE FORGOT ALL ABOUT US. I told him that we were leaving and he didn't even try to make us stay and try to right his wrong. After all of that i was not even in the mood to go to another car dealer because i was so pissed off. So my husband decided to drive 2 minutes up the street to FLORIDA FINE CARS. And i drove out of there in a 2016 KIA OPTIMA less miles fully loaded!!!! . MORAL OF THE STORY IS GO TO FLORIDA FINE CARS it took an hour and i was driving my new car! ( THANKS MIAMI CAR CREDIT IF IT WASN'T FOR YOUR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD OF NEVER FOUND FLORIDA FINE CARS) More
