I had an approval from my bank so all I needed was a person that could take their time to assist me, so after a month looking for a car in several dealerships and dealing with all kind of sales people, he was the only one able to help me out. More

Exceptional Service by Andrey Sarukhanov After a few days of feeling depressed and undecided about purchasing a vehicle I decided to go to Miami Car Credit to see what they had to offer. I arrived a little after 8:10 PM, which was after their closing time. I was greeted by David, who introduced me to salesman, Andrey Sarukhanov. He sat me down and asked questions to identify what i was looking for, from price to make, model, and color. He showed took ne out on the lot and should me several of cars that fit into my catergory. I was super impressed. It was after hours and he displayed patience and had a vast knowledge of cars. I didn't have all of the required documents on me so he provided his email and fax and requested I fax or email them. As soon as he received he messaged me acknowledging receipt. I really appreciate his genuineness, professionalism, and the great customer service he provided during the purchasing process. I didn't feel like I was dealing with a salesman. Andrey made me feel that I got the BEST DEAL ever. Thanks Andrey Sarukhanov for providing exceptional service. More

Aymen is Solid, you are lucky to have him there. I started the process of looking for a vehicle online, and as soon as I started to make inquires, Aymen responded promptly and after hours at times, i I started the process of looking for a vehicle online, and as soon as I started to make inquires, Aymen responded promptly and after hours at times, indicating he sacrificed his personal time to answer my questions. He offered to pick me up from the airport and managed my forgetfulness with tact and grace, letting me use his computer and phone to get what I needed from my lender. He gave me lunch as I waited on paperwork as well. I knew he was a hard worker and his appearance at the dealership only reaffirmed that, as you could see him sweating as he walked customers all over the lot. I appreciate people that hustle and put out their best effort at all times, this was typified by Aymen. As I left with my purchase he went the extra mile to make sure I had a full tank of gas to get me home. Greg was also a pleasure to work with and I could tell he was a real roll up his sleeves type of guy, getting on a conference call with my lender it iron out the details and ensure I's were dotted and T's were crossed.
