Was Great!!!!!! Today I walked into Miami Car Credit and had the best experience every. Being a first time car buyer it has been hard to purchase a car. But Mr. Tommy Griffin was the best everything he said he would do could do it was done. I had made a stressful situations great and I couldn't ask for a better caring and understanding salesman. He made me feel as if I was part of his family and he only wanted me to drive away with only the best. So my hour drive from Jupiter Fl was well worth it so if you in need of a new car. Please come and see Mr. Tommy Griffin he the only extra tall man in the building!!!!!!!!!! More

More than I could have asked for!! I don't even know where to start!! I am SO happy with Miami Car Credit. I was in touch with Curtis who started off the process of me getting a car, an I don't even know where to start!! I am SO happy with Miami Car Credit. I was in touch with Curtis who started off the process of me getting a car, and although he didn't wind up being the person who finished everything, let me just say I still think he was a great representative and helped me a lot for the portion of the process he was there for. Now-- ORLANDO on the other hand, Orlando is AMAZING. He went thru every step with me and not once did I feel confused or uneasy. Being totally honest, my credit isn't the best. Orlando still managed to get me approved and came back with a range of options as far as down payment/what's included/etc... Not once was he pushy about which car he thought I should get, nor did he try to "sell" me anything. He asked me every step of the way what it was that I wanted. He let me pick out all the cars I liked and wanted on my "wish list" so we could seek approval for cars in that price range. Even the cars I picked out he didn't try to persuade me into in any way. Every decision I made was completely mine and that's really important because far too frequently I find that salespeople are too pushy sometimes and it makes them hard to trust. This was not the case AT ALL. Orlando absolutely went above and beyond in every single way. There were great things that wound up being included that I wasn't even aware I was getting, lol. I have an intricate situation of being a resident but not technically being a resident and having NY plates but a FL address, etc... and he worked thru all of that and helped me set up the insurance and the registration and all that. I left feeling SO different than when I walked in in the best way. I would absolutely tell anyone I know who needs a car to go there. And I would absolutely tell them to go thru Orlando, because he was THE BEST. :) More
