The salesperson who helped me was Alfredo Rodriguez. He was professional, honest and accommodating. 5 stars for him! I also dealt with Angel Velez (mgr) who was also excellent. These two are a true asset to Miami Car Credit. They exemplify what a car buying experience should be. The ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to my unpleasant experience with their credit manager Rodrigo. This man was extremely rude and unprofessional. He is NOT a good representation of this company. (However there are other credit people there you can work with who will appreciate your business and process your transaction in a professional manner.) Dealing with him really soured my whole experience and ALMOST caused me to walk away. I have excellent credit and could have bought a car ANYWHERE. However my salesperson Alfredo and the mgr Angel really went out of their way to correct the situation and we went forward with our purchase. Unlike "Offlease Only" (where I would never buy a car again), Miami Car Credit inspects and services their vehicles. They also stand behind their vehicles post sale. This is one of the benefits of buying a car here. You can buy with confidence. Overall I would definitely recommend buying a car here. In fact, two weeks later a friend of mine also bought a car from them. Talk to Alfredo, he'll take care of you....(Just make sure to avoid their nasty credit mgr Rodrigo!!!!) More

After the arrival we where greeted by Yosvani which was very professional and polite during the whole transaction. I was set on a car but when I saw it in person it wasn't the same, the car was smaller than what I expected and I got discouraged because I expended 2 weeks researching and I thought this was the one. Yosvani took his time and showed me options, finally he showed the car with the perfect size and a lot more options that what I imagined and I fell in love instantly. I took my time to write this review because I think Yosvani deserve it, he never gave up on me and was very positive! More

We worked with sales rep, Jennifer Hernandez, who was awesome. She helped us work with our bank and the shipper to get the car that we wanted at the price that my son could afford. The car was exactly as described!!! Hurricane Matthew was hitting Miami as the sale was going thought and she made sure that our car was protected inside the showroom and got it shipped as soon as possible.
