I had been shopping various brands and locations to find someone who made this experience personal, efficient, staying custom orientated while keeping my budget in mind. Lucky for us we met Todd! He was right on with helping me finding the RAM truck I wanted. Their inventory is huge do not be fooled my the smaller lot they have at least 2 overflow lots. They also have the best prices compared to other surrounding dealerships. At one point I asked him to bring me over a truck that was outside my budget he did and tried to steer me into the truck that was in my budget, yes you heard me right he did not try to put me in the higher priced truck. Side note I left with the dream truck and higher priced, totally my choice. Then comes finance the dreaded paperwork in the back of my mind I was thinking this is where it is going to suck. I was wrong Walter was very quick and knowledgeable. I spent less then 20 minutes doing paperwork. Amazing..... Fast forward my daughter turns 16 so last weekend I decided to buy her a car guess where we go, you got it Todd. I left with a new JEEP Compass. I would have never returned or even considered buying another car in less than 30 days without the amazing customer service I received a few weeks before. Service department was great too. We heard squeaking from our truck so while shopping for a new Jeep we took the truck to service and they fit us right in fixed the problem with no delays. Who does that on a Saturday I thought for sure I would be making an appointment. Amazing talking to Mike, super friendly and not a robot personality that I am used to at other places. We're done already?! My wife wanted a new Jeep Cherokee and it was my job to facilitate the deal. I will preface this with the fact that I have been in sales for 10 year My wife wanted a new Jeep Cherokee and it was my job to facilitate the deal. I will preface this with the fact that I have been in sales for 10 years and was not looking forward to dealing with a car salesman. They have a reputation for being pushy and making you buy things you don't want to and I was just mentally preparing for sales war! I had already picked out the vehicle from their website and I emailed the sales department around 10pm Friday night. Christian sent me an email at 7am the following morning letting me know he received my email the car was on the lot and ready for us to test drive! We got to the dealership, car was there, drove it, loved it! Ok! Let's do the numbers.. 😦 Great, here is where they try to hustle me. He comes back and says, look the thing is the car you like doesn't lease out well. Oh great here we go! Now he is gonna try to sell me a more expensive car. Well, that's exactly what he did. We got the top of the line Cherokee, with all the bells and whistles for the same price we were willing to pay for the car we saw online. They could have easily taken advantage of my ignorance in car sales but they didn't. They took care of me and I'll be back to buy another car. More
