This team has it right. I hate buying cars and I was reminded of it again recently until I found North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I had been shopping various brands and locations to find someone who made this experience personal, efficient, staying custom orientated while keeping my budget in mind. Lucky for us we met Todd! He was right on with helping me finding the RAM truck I wanted. Their inventory is huge do not be fooled my the smaller lot they have at least 2 overflow lots. They also have the best prices compared to other surrounding dealerships. At one point I asked him to bring me over a truck that was outside my budget he did and tried to steer me into the truck that was in my budget, yes you heard me right he did not try to put me in the higher priced truck. Side note I left with the dream truck and higher priced, totally my choice. Then comes finance the dreaded paperwork in the back of my mind I was thinking this is where it is going to suck. I was wrong Walter was very quick and knowledgeable. I spent less then 20 minutes doing paperwork. Amazing..... Fast forward my daughter turns 16 so last weekend I decided to buy her a car guess where we go, you got it Todd. I left with a new JEEP Compass. I would have never returned or even considered buying another car in less than 30 days without the amazing customer service I received a few weeks before. Service department was great too. We heard squeaking from our truck so while shopping for a new Jeep we took the truck to service and they fit us right in fixed the problem with no delays. Who does that on a Saturday I thought for sure I would be making an appointment. Amazing talking to Mike, super friendly and not a robot personality that I am used to at other places. Thank you for everything Team. You have a new loyalty customer, you have returned my faith into the car dealership world!

"Helpful and easy to work with!"

I had 3 experiences with this dealership. 1) Found the cat online and asked about holding it for me which they did with a credit card deposit. 2) several days later drive 5 hours roundtrip to pick it up. Everything went well. 3) the cat I bought was a used car and came with a 2 month,, 2000mile warranty. At about half of that there was a problem with the tailpipe and I called to see what the warranty covered. I was told just the powertrain but I called again because of this cat was just thoroughly gone over I felt this shouldn't have occurred do soon. I talked to a wonderfully kind and helpful man named Mile who offered to cover the repair from my local garage. Not only was he kind but a very uplifting guy...a true blessing at a bad time. THANKS!!!?

"Good experience twice for service"

I have purchased a new car from Spitzer in Brookpark, and Brunswick auto mart. I would not go back for service to either ( A Grand Caravan and a Town and country) I have found the best Chrysler service dealer in the area. I have been there twice, and both pleasant experiences, very common sense and not pushy. I will go there for my next car.

I went there today to get a newly purchased key/transmitter programmed, and just like the last service it was an excellent experience. They are courteous, but not pushy. I have brought 2 different Chrysler vehicles there for service, the first was bought at another dealer which I went to once for a recall, not impressed, no reason to return. And another vehicle today, which we liked and purchased from a different dealer recently, and will not be going there for service either. I also had an inquiry at their parts department, and a man was a great help. I found a good dealer for service, and I don't mind driving farther, it's worth every mile. Kudos to a good group of people !

"AVOID CHRYSLER N. OLMSTED OWNED BY PAUL S. HRNCHAR JR "

The owner Paul refuses to release any documents on work that Service Technicians have done to my vehicle. He told me to get a SUBPOENA....... --!! Really !! Truth be told it would be a motion for the documents not him in court do I need. But guess he's as knowledgeable as his company is trustworthy. Paid for service work when my blow motor caught fire with kids in vehicle and found out that an investigator would have been brought in to make sure this was isolated and not going to harm or kill anyone and require a mass recall. He has ruined the Chrysler of North Olmsted since he obtained it from past owners, Brunswick Chrysler. They now have no past service records from the swap. No records were kept and REFUSES TO RELEASE ANY FROM HIM OWNING IT NOW EITHER. BILL THE SERVICE TECH WAS JUST AS BAD SAYING IT WAS MY FAULT THE CLIMATE CONTROL STOPPED WORKING THAT HE FIXED AND YES I PAID FOR__!!!!!!!THE OWNER --- was rude, disrespectful and had me on speaker making comments about my vehicles out of warranty. Yes, and it was when I was PAYING HIM to work on it as well. What a shame his dad gave him a great place and he has to treat customers in such a terrible manner. Be smart and avoid this Chrysler that PAUL S. HRNCHAR JR., OWNS--!!! Never had a problem with another. CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS ON BBB, YELP, DEALERRATER AND EDMUNDS TO INCLUDE JUST A FEW. HE'S A SCAM ARTIST.
