Best Experience Ever I am a first time buyer so I was a little nervous going into it. I found the listing of the car I wanted online and was able to find it right away whe I am a first time buyer so I was a little nervous going into it. I found the listing of the car I wanted online and was able to find it right away when I got there. Right away I was helped by Robert Duran. He was very knowledgeable and accomadating. He pulled the car out and let us look everything over then I had my dad test drive the car to see if everything felt right before I even thought about buying it. After driving it my dad felt that the brakes had something wrong with them so I was a little skeptical. Robert assured me that he would have the service team take a look at them and he would walk me through everything from the price to warranties and things like that. Robert was very sweet and had a great since of humor and made the buying experience so much easier for me and made me less nervous. He answered every question I had and if he didn't know the answer he found me the answer. I also was helped by Matt the insurance guy (I don't remember his last name sorry!!) He helped with trying to get my insurance all figured out and even gave me valuable information on different insurance options which I will be sure to use soon. Then I met Jon Frisby with finace. He helped me get the best deal I could on this car and I am forever thankful for that. Those three men eased my nerves and made the whole experience amazing. Plus I absolutely LOVE my new car. It's the best thing I could have asked for!! I will defiantly recommend this place to everyone. They are all so nice. Oh! And the manager took a closer look at the brakes and they still weren't right so he put in a whole new max cylinder as well for free. They car so much for their customers and their safety and happiness. 10/10 experience!! More
