When you walk in and meet with someone, they always first invite you to get a free drink/snack at the cafe before discussing things. My sales specialist was Franko Munoz. He was super friendly, funny, patient, and went above and beyond to help me find the car I wanted on my terms. Never was there any pushy sales tactics. I came back to Franko like 3 times to test drive different trims, ask questions, and check their allocation inventory before purchasing. He was always available by phone too. Thirdly, on the day I picked up my car, I was in and out within an hour with taking pictures, learning the features of the car, and signing paperwork. Nikki, Taylor, and Cameron were awesome in that whole process. Love that I was able to have a bow on my car and they gave me a wine package as well.
