When you walk in and meet with someone, they always first invite you to get a free drink/snack at the cafe before discussing things. My sales specialist was Franko Munoz. He was super friendly, funny, patient, and went above and beyond to help me find the car I wanted on my terms. Never was there any pushy sales tactics. I came back to Franko like 3 times to test drive different trims, ask questions, and check their allocation inventory before purchasing. He was always available by phone too. Thirdly, on the day I picked up my car, I was in and out within an hour with taking pictures, learning the features of the car, and signing paperwork.
