We went on a Saturday, late morning and we were out of there (with lunch)! by mid afternoon (paperwork signed)...just waiting for tint and special coating to be applied to interior and exterior...Went home took a nap and picked up new car by 615! Ren was great too; he worked his magic to get us best Lexus incentives and rates. Gregory and Ren turned my opinion of car shopping from a dreadful experience into a positive one. We worked with David Cantu previously in 2021, and looked him up for our new purchase. David is a pleasure to work with; professional, courteous and answered any and all questions. On Saturday February 4th I visited the North Park Lexus dealership in San Juan TX. The reason I visited this deal was to possible purchase a used car. I was assisted by Malik Awan a cerified sales and le dealership in San Juan TX. The reason I visited this deal was to possible purchase a used car. I was assisted by Malik Awan a cerified sales and leasing consultant employed by the dealership. I had a number of questions related to the specific vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Mr. Awan was exceptional helpful in assisting obtain the answers to the questions I had. Eventhough the vehicle I was looking at was not a Lexus M. Awan was very knowledgable about the vehicle. He was very helpful in my conducting a complete inspection of the vehicle and we took the vehicle for a test drive. Mr. Awan explained the key aspects of the inspection completed by the dealership mechanics and why the vehicle was advertised "AS IS" on the dealership website. While I declined to purchase the vehicle I was impressed with the customer service provided by Mr. Awan. If the opportunity arises to purchase a new vehicle in the future North Park Dealerships will be on the top of the list for consideration. Thanks to Mr. Awan patience and professionalism he made my 500 mile round trip pleasurable. More
