Not only did he answer a million questions for me, but he did it with patience and kindness. He was not one of those pushy salesman who only wants to make a deal. He chatted with us, made us laugh, and gave us a very pleasant ad personal car buying experience. His assistant Brittany Schafer brought the car to our house the next day with a thank you basket and a heart full of knowledge. She spent over an hour with us teaching us all the new technology, setting up our phone, setting the seat memory, and answering any question we had. She also made us feel like we were now part of the Lexus family. We were so surprised at how both Nino and Brittany truly wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. They took time to send us the app link and set it up. Both of them have also sent me text messages asking how we like the car and asked if we needed anything. Customer service like this is hard to come by anymore, but Brittany, Nino, and the staff at North Park Lexus of San Antonio really have specialized in making the customer feel welcomed and loved. I would also like to mention how nice the lady at the snack bar was. She had the most pleasant smile and was very kind.
