What a great Team at NP Lexus! ! I had contacted Nikki Sample who helped find a really nice Certified GX 460 for me in March. She was superb!! Since I now live in Waco and the GX wa ! Since I now live in Waco and the GX was delivered to me, I wanted to have someone go over all the “bells and whistles” with me while I was in San Antonio over July 9. Nikki set up an appointment for me with Elvis, one of your technology experts. WOW! Was Elvis terrific! He is extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me as he thoroughly covered all the instrumentation features, phone set up and navigation. He is a most excellent representative of your team. He reflects the courtesy and professionalism standards you have set at your dealership. I would also like to acknowledge Wally Murray, one of your Advisors who went the extra mile confirming my Certified coverage on a repair I will need to schedule. He explained the process for the maintenance I will need. He is also Top Notch! I am truly pleased with every aspect of my relationship and customer service I have experienced at North Park Lexus.
