After doing our homework, we decided we wanted a 2018 Honda CRV to replace a 2005 Lexus sedan, which is a fantastic auto, but no longer met our needs. After missing two CRV's, Chris watched for another and a few days later he called with a 2017 CRV EXL-NAV with only 14,000 miles on it. We bought it. Until meeting Chris, a number of years ago, I had always dreaded going to a car dealer and going through the ordeal of buying a car. However, Chris is a thoughtful, considerate, and great salesman. He is also a super nice guy. He's not your typical "car salesman." He's neither pushy nor commission hungry. Instead, he wants to put you in a vehicle you will love and enjoy. If we ever need another vehicle, Chris and North Park Lexus will be our first stop. Also, contrary to consumer advice, we bought the Platinum Extended Warranty. We did this for a previous vehicle which ended up needing a pricey repair. The service manager called Lexus and was instructed to make the repairs with no hassle. More
