I was at the dealership last Friday with an appointment, to fix the headrest on my bench seats (one wouldn't flip down), if took 3 hours for a tech to diagnose when an advisor could easily see it was the cable that needed to be replaced. Even Todd knew what was wrong. Understandably they had to order the part and had to complete the work today. Which was just replacing the cable (<45 min) but still waited from 9am until 1245p. With no lines when I arrived. The other issue is the service department never contacted me Monday when they had received the parts that had come in the week before to arrange an appointment to come in. It was only the manager, Justin, who set things in motion to get the work pushed since no one had kept track of the work order, it was still in the technicians possession. More

If you did not purchase your vehicle from this dealership, do not waste your time going there. You will be poorly treated for not purchasing your vehicle from this dealership. I had to wait over o dealership, do not waste your time going there. You will be poorly treated for not purchasing your vehicle from this dealership. I had to wait over on hour for (3) three locking lug nuts to be removed from my vehicle. I bought a brand new set of locking lug nuts from their parts department for approximately $70. I was told the mechanic would put the newly purchased locking lug nuts on the vehicle. Over an hour later my vehicle was returned to me with no locking lug nuts in sight. Apparently the service department never communicated with the parts department or their mechanic. My vehicle had to be brought back into the shop a second time to have the locking lug nuts put on. I was charged $26 to have (3) three old locking lug nuts removed from the vehicle. A job that required minimum work took over an hour to complete. I am unsatisfied with the performance of this service department. More
