I like up front and simple transactions. I drove from South Florida to Kernersville CDJR because 1) Best Price on a 2026 RAM 3500 Limited Longhorn SRW with 24K package plus sunroof etc. MSRP: $100k , reduced to $82K and change 2) The Sales Professional, Carmen Lopez was extremely helpful and easy to work with; she was patient with my questions and my trade came in within $1000.00 of what I knew it was valued and we split the difference 3) The Finance Department Angela Adcock made the financing super easy and there was "Zero Hammering of the Customer on Extended Warranty" , I wanted one and we came to solution on that nice and easy 4) When we arrived at the Dealership, we were greeted by Mary, the delivery professional , who helped with all final steps. I had just purchased brand new specific tires on 2023 RAM 2500 trade in and wanted those tires put on my new 2026 RAM. Not a problem! Mary coordinated with Jennifer the Service Manager and before we knew it we were on our way home. BY THE WAY, we can up on Saturday night and stayed in a hotel for a Monday Morning delivery and the dealership handed me a check for my hotel bill. That was awesome! I highly recommend dealing with Carmen, Angela, Mary and Jennfifer. Note to Self: All Intelligent Woman. That has to be the difference in making the customer experience pleasant over other dealerships :-)

After looking for several weeks to find the right truck (very strict criteria) they came up with the perfect truck and were above fair on my trade. Professional experience from salesman Cameron Weeks (very genuine guy) all the way to the general manager Terry Groff, who went above and beyond for the sell. Dusty Wilson finance manager, didn't try to oversell but did advise and inform of various options/products, made it quick and painless.

We actually came in "just to look" but ended up leaving with a car. Nasir showed us something different that we ended up really liking. Lisa was great and worked hard to get us where we needed to be payment wise. Darean in the warranty dept was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend. Love my new car!

He was quick to respond, answered all of my questions, and sent plenty of photos and details of the truck before I made the trip to High Point. That communication helped me feel confident moving forward and ultimately secure the truck before someone else did, since there was a lot of interest in it. He also went above and beyond by making sure the service team double-checked several items before we left, which gave me additional peace of mind. The truck was exactly as described, and the trip was absolutely worth it. I would definitely recommend working with Joe if you're looking for a straightforward and professional buying experience.

Horrible experience! Made a noon appointment to drive from Mountain City TN to their Salisbury location, 120 miles, to test drive a Ram 1500 they had on their website. When I got there they told me the vehicle was being reconditioned at a facility 100 miles away! I drove 120 miles!!! They first said they could have it there by mid afternoon. So I decided to wait. By mid afternoon they decided they wouldn’t be able to get it there! Mind-boggling! I did wind up buying the truck. They kept if for a couple of days for detailing. But when they finally delivered it to my house NO detailing had been performed! They delivered it with NO dealer tag! They gave me a thumb drive that was supposed to have all my documentation on it, but it was empty! They DIRECTED me to illegally drive the truck with the plate registered to my other vehicle! Still trying to work through their mess!!

Gave me a great price on the vehicle I wanted and a great price on my trade in. I am very pleased with everything.
