Easy Experience, Knowledgeable People. I visited North Point in a last ditch effort to find a car. After losing my vehicle in a wreck I did not cause, the insurance company only gave me fiv I visited North Point in a last ditch effort to find a car. After losing my vehicle in a wreck I did not cause, the insurance company only gave me five days with a rental car, so I spent the entirety of a week visiting dealerships in Guilford, Stokes, Rockingham, and Forsyth county. I am so glad that I did choose to visit North Point, because I had a great experience and ultimately found a new car. The thing that made my experience with North Point better than my experience with other dealerships was my salesman, Joe Ayers. Joe took the time to listen to all my needs ( which were simply a vehicle with 4wd and under $20,000), and did not spend his time with me trying to push me into something new that I could not afford. He listened to my story about the Jeep Patriot I had lost in the accident, and he was able to find a car that replaced it perfectly- another Jeep Patriot that was well within my budget. In addition to finding me the perfect car, he also taught me things about the car that I didn't even know after almost two years of driving the same model car, and took the time to followup with me the next day when I came to pick up my vehicle.
