Lemon to Lemonade My experience was very positive right out of the gates with Sam Morgan, we got a deal done on a new Jeep in a few hours and I went home happy until I My experience was very positive right out of the gates with Sam Morgan, we got a deal done on a new Jeep in a few hours and I went home happy until I realized that something was wrong with the reverse gear on my brand new car... Naturally I was extremely disappointed and assumed I would have to put up a fight to get things right. Thankfully, that wasn't the case at all. Sam Morgan took it upon himself to track down another brand new Jeep with the exact same specifications and within a day or 2 it was at the dealership ready for me to take home. In the short amount of time in between I met Bill Johnson who made sure I had a courtesy vehicle to bridge the gap which was greatly appreciated. Thanks guys! More
