Ask for Sam!! Sam was fantastic!! Chrysler refused to replace our van that we bought new less than 1 year ago. We had taken it in for service 3 times. Warranty t Sam was fantastic!! Warranty told us that the car was fixed - we are the owners and we have to get it off of the lot and return the rental. We were going to visit parents 8 hours away, and my husband didn't trust the old Pacifica because we had taken it to Service three times. Service would not allow us to keep the rental car through the weekend so we could go away. We had no choice but to trade in the old car and get another car. For peace of mind we traded in our old Pacifica. Sam managed to get us a fair price for trade-in and was very helpful in getting us a new car in a fast turnaround time. Sam was very helpful He gave my husband a great deal and went over every detail of the car with me. I love everything that the Pacifica has to offer. Hopefully the first car was simply bad luck. No pressure. Efficient. This was my first trade with North Point personally. I went to them based on a recommendation from my business partner and based on a good experience This was my first trade with North Point personally. I went to them based on a recommendation from my business partner and based on a good experience buying a company truck last year. I called and spoke with Smith Stokes and let him know what I was looking for in a vehicle. He called me the next morning with a perfect fit. That was Saturday and he was unable to meet with me, but helped to get me hooked up with Bill Johnson and Chad Browder who were both available to help me that day. They had the vehicle ready to drive when I arrived. The price was reasonable and there was no back and forth. I actually had another vehicle need that we were able to take care of the same day. We came to terms on both vehicles on Saturday and were able to complete the transactions Monday quickly and efficiently. When it was time to finish the paperwork for both vehicles I worked with Johnny Allison. This is perhaps the most dreaded part of buying any vehicle. High pressure extended warranty sales etc. I was pleasantly surprised. Johnny went over my options with regard to extended warranty. He was very clear and informative and quick. He had paperwork prepared, explained everything as he went, and made the process quick and easy as it should be. Some of the most efficient folks I have ever dealt with on a purchase. Bought two cars with less trouble than I normally have making one purchase. More
