Service Department....Jeep Grand Cherokee I received a 2011 Grand Cherokee was inspected and certified sale and as Xmas gift from my children purchased in Virginia. The vehicle was brought to I received a 2011 Grand Cherokee was inspected and certified sale and as Xmas gift from my children purchased in Virginia. The vehicle was brought to North Point on 2 January for an inspection and registration in their system as I live in Winston Salem, NC. I found the team (Dewey) very very efficient and informative. Full inspection was done as well as my smog certificate for registration. My next visit was an engine check light coming on..seems this had to do with a sensor map functioning. During that visit, one month later and a problem was found which required major work to replace the bracket of the engine and this was also aimed at preventing further leaks. Must say I was surprised as this was not picked up at the all point check early January. John was my service advisor and was again very informative and helpful. In addition very apologetic that the problem identified was not identified during the early January check and this would be communicated to the technician as an area of concern by the client. My subsequent visit was for an oil change and Christopher was my service advisor and found him again very informative and helpful. let me take this opportunity to commend the entire team from the service advisors, technicians and cashier/receptionist in the service department. I found the attention to my concerns, the work carried out, the attitude of the staff and the ease of making an appointment highly professional. Excellent Buying Experience I am willing to travel to pick up the right car, so I rely on internet searches through Autotrader.com, Carfax.com and Cars.com to locate my vehicles. It's amazing how many dealers misrepresent their inventory or are difficult and rude to out-of-town buyers who approach them from online listings. I saw a North Point online listing for a 2016 used Wrangler that I wanted to see. I called, drove more than an hour to see and drive it that same day. We bargained a bit on the price, then shook hands. I returned to close the deal and pick up the car the next morning. The car was exactly as described in the internet listing. The staff was professional, truthful and polite. The price of the car was in the low range of '16 Wranglers and the condition of the car was superb, so it was a good deal. Many thanks to Amber Fuller who took my call and referred me to the sales staff; to my salesman Michael Turovsky who was polite, knowledgeable, not-pushy and consistently helpful; and to the finance closer Gwathney Leak, who was quick, proficient and polite. Michael was especially helpful in getting the car prepped and detailed for me overnight so it was ready to go when I came to pick it up the day after seeing it. I've bought a lot of cars, and this was one of the best car-buying experiences I ever had. I will drive past 3 other Chrysler stores on the way to have my Wrangler serviced at North Point, which is more than an hour from my home. If you're an online shopper like me, and North Point has a car you're interested in, I think you'll be very pleased to do business with Michael Turovsky and North Point CDJ in Winston-Salem, N.C.
