Not Your Typical Used Car Dealer - Trustworthy and Friendly! We emailed 2 different dealerships that offered used Infinitis online, they both returned our calls - both times a female sales associate told us to We emailed 2 different dealerships that offered used Infinitis online, they both returned our calls - both times a female sales associate told us to come in. BUT the particular car we were interested in had just been sold. Then we were referred to male salesmen who tried to sell us other cars they had at a higher price. We decided to try one more dealership - calling this time. They not only had the car we were interested in - but several others on the lot. We weren't chasing after phantom cars! We met Igor, who was down to earth, refreshingly honest, and not pushy. Once we decided on a 2012 Infiniti, the rest was easy. They take trade ins. The manager was extremely helpful with our financing. 6 hours later the car was in our driveway. Altogether a good experience - would highly recommend. Ask for Igor. More

Also Kevin the manager was great and easy to work with and upfront about everything. They gave me a fair price on my trade, and a great deal on the car i was purchasing. Financing was a breeze and they got me the exact payment i was seeking. Came back the next day(today) to pick her up fully serviced and detailed not even 24 hrs later. Car so far seems like a great car in great condition. I bought my last car (M5) from flagship motorcars, and had a much harder time in everystep of the process. I would reccomend NorthShore Automall over flagship anyday. More

Could Not Have Been Better - A++ I had been looking for an M3 for several months when I found one at the North Shore Auto Mall. After a brief online chat to ensure the vehicle was available and in excellent condition, I made an appointment. Once at the dealer I was very impressed with the reps knowledge about the vehicle, and his patience with my questions. Kevin and Dave were able to get me loan terms that were far better than I expected. My test drive drive with Kevin was fantastic, he was extremely familiar with the M3 model and explained every feature to me. I have purchased many cars over the years, and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. No pressure, no games just a very easy and pleasurable car buying experience. Best of all, there is a BMW M3 in my garage now. More
Worse dealership & people I've met in my life. There 3 managers remind me of the three stooges. I don't know which one is the bigger idiot. After 2-3 weeks after I bought a car from them, I had a check engine line come on my dashboard and my engine and entire car would shake violently. Under the Mass used car law, I was given a 60 day, 2,500 mile warranty. The car was not safe to drive that distance so I had to have a local mechanic repair the part for me because the dealer refused to help me with towing to his dealership. Next, a week after I had my car repaired, a new issue came up on my dashboard but it caused the same exact symptoms. I called the dealership and I told them what was going on and they told me to bring the car down and they would work on it under the warranty law. So on 1/29/2015, I dropped the car off to them to repair engine shake/car shake problem. When I was called by the service manager, all he told me they needed to do was to put a new battery in the car and that was it. So on 2/07 I picked up the car. Not even 5 minutes after we were driving home, I got a malfunction code that popped up on my dashboard but since it's an electrical problem, it goes on and off. It went off after a few minutes so we drive back home after I called and told the dealer that had occurred. It wasn't shaking at the time but a week later, the shake came back and violently again. Now when I dropped the car off at the dealership the first time(1/29/2015), my car was still within the warranty and they never properly fixed my car like they are required to do. I called the dealership and told them what happened and they said to bring it back for a second repair. I brought the car back on 02/13 and I told the manager and service manager what was going on and all he told me was "sorry, you are out of warranty now" and he refused to take my car in even though he had never repaired the car properly in the first place. To verify all the problems with the car, I took the car shortly after to a certified BMW service house and they diagnosed everything for me. They verified my car was still shaking badly. They also told me the initial repair the dealer did for me, the battery, was not the proper battery for the car and is causing all sorts of low voltage issues. The battery is literally half the size/power of the necessary needed. On top of that, there are other mechanical problems that the dealer failed to notice and fix properly. The estimated repairs are also $1,500 as diagnosed by BMW and car itself was over $20,000. I also filed paperwork to make these idiots pay for how they run a corrupt business. More
