After I fo I bought a 2010 Porsche Panamera 4s for 58000+. I asked them for a carfax report. Kevin Li printed a form without the accident information. After I found it and asked it again, he gave me the one with one accident on it. He explained to me that was a small impact. I found in the paper it said the mileage is 46000+, after I paying it, I notice it became 54000+, Kevin told me the first owner drove it sometime. The next three months, lots of problems came out on this car. The wiper, the window, the navigation system. And now, the engine. They only paid for the wiper under the warranty. Kevin Li ignored my text message. Now I am asking them to buying back this car. Kevin Li told me he will pay 43000 for this. I only drove this poor car for 4 months. He hang up my call and denied everything he did. Guys, do not buy their cars. These poor men will do everything to get the chicken feed. More
STAY CALM AND MOVE ON... to the next used car dealer Where do I begin? Just do yourself a favor...stop reading this review and shop anywhere else. Anyway, here goes my first and last encounter with North Where do I begin? Just do yourself a favor...stop reading this review and shop anywhere else. Anyway, here goes my first and last encounter with North Shore Auto Mall: My husband and I were test driving different used SUVs when I finally came across a Lexus R350 online that I liked. We drove it and I really liked it, but asked if there was anything else on the lot we should look at. He directed us over to a Mercedes R350 and we drove it and I instantly fell in love. I noticed the window switch on the drivers door was missing a rear window button. We were assured that the entire vehicle would be looked over and like new if we purchased it. I was also told that by law the brakes had to be at 75%, etc, etc, etc. We went inside and began the purchase process. He told us they needed $1000 down payment, it seemed a little steep, but we obliged. Side Note: look out for the $399 doc fee that North Shore Auto Mall charges. (Massachusetts is one of the few states that does not have a cap on doc fees. NH caps it's fee at $27, NY at $75.) The next day we went to pick up the car with a bank check. We were told that we could do all the final paperwork and pay but that the car wasn't ready yet because they came across some under carriage damage and that they were waiting on a replacement pan. We were also told that they would be putting on brand new tires and that it would be ready the next day. Lie #1: The next day turned into a week. When we finally went to pick up the car a week later, I noticed that the headlight indicator on the panel was on. We had to wait for that to be fixed but it was done after about 20 minutes. So much for the thorough inspection. As we were driving home I noticed that the window panel switch that we were promised would be fixed was not. We were told that it was a mistake made by the salesman and he should have never told us that it would be replaced. Lie #2: The back window is not functional because the child lock button is stuck down on the switch. Now on to Lie #3: A week after picking up the car my friend was driving behind me and told me that my car was lopsided. I took a look and noticed that the front right tire was low and missing the cap. I checked the air pressure and the front right tire was at 28 psi and the back tire was at 46 psi. The max tire pressure is 38 psi. I fixed the tire pressure and went on my way thinking I solved the problem. Well I was wrong and a month later the brake light came on. I took it back to North Shore Auto Mall where they told me "no problem, we will take care of it". I was told to go out back and make an appointment with the service guy. I made the appointment. Lie #4: The car sat there for a week! After 4 days of waiting to hear from them about the problem (my husband is very patient) we finally called them to see what was going on. I was told that my husband gave them the wrong phone number (the same phone number he has had for 15 years). Lie #5: We were told that they couldn't find out what the problem was because their computer would not connect to the vehicle. We were also told that the brake on the back wheel it was leaning toward was down to the pad and would cost us $300 to fix. I told them I was not paying and would take the car to my own mechanic for any thing that wasn't covered by them. We were told that we would have to pay for any repairs because we drove the car 2500 miles in the month and a half we owned it. After 3 more days and no return phone calls we finally just went down and picked up the vehicle to bring it to my mechanic. When I got in the vehicle I noticed that the battery light lit up white. We assume the car just sat out on the lot for the week because when the R350 sits for a week in the cold the battery light on the panel lights up white (thanks Google!). It lights up red when there is a more serious problem. BEWARE: I remembered a few days after dropping it off that I had left my iPod in the glove compartment attached to the integration cable and as I drove off the lot I looked in there for it. The compartment was rummaged through and the iPod was gone. My mistake for leaving it in there. When I remembered it was in there, I knew it would be stolen. I dropped the R350 off at my mechanic and he took one look at it and knew that it was the rear suspension air bag...apparently it is a common problem with the R350. He also showed me that all 4 of the brakes were down to the pads. He guaranteed me that there was no way that in 6 weeks/2500 miles that the brakes were at 75% when we purchased it- endless lies from North Shore Auto Mall... I should have spent more time googling reviews for North Shore Auto Mall than for the Mercedes R350. Just goes to show that you can't trust anyone. The car salesman seemed so genuine, turns out he's just a huge liar. So, a final word to the wise: do your homework. Read the reviews on yelp, the BBB, etc. very carefully-a little bit of every poor review resonates in our own story. More

Do your research and check them out North Shore Auto Mall is worth a look. I went to the dealership after researching what I was looking for and understanding what the NADA and market price was for that particular vehicle. Typical sales methods of, "I need to check with my manager", but in the end met me at the price point I was looking for. Wasn't going to finance with them but the bank they work with had excellent rates so I went with the financing. Also they took care of a couple cosmetic flaws I pointed out. More

Looked at a Volv I went to this dealership basically with a negative balance and bad credit hoping to get out of a bad situation with my previous car. Looked at a Volvo convertible that didn't work out financing wise but Igor and his manager were great and worked the best they could with what really was a bad situation. All in all I have an awesome 2008 Lincoln MKX and I don't think any other dealership could have done a better job. Extremely pleased would definitely go back in the future. More

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! STAY AWAY! xxxxxxxx! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! STAY AWAY! These people are truly xxxx - Everyone who works here is incompetent! Sales, management, and owners are all idio DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! STAY AWAY! These people are truly xxxx - Everyone who works here is incompetent! Sales, management, and owners are all idiots! -The owner and his family drive the vehicles - Once you purchase your car, if you have any other issues or have to come into the dealership for any other reason, they will not acknowledge your presence. I drove all the way from the south shore to Lynn to test drive a c-300 on Saturday March 15th. When I got there I had to wait over an hour to test drive the car because the owner's (Kevin) step-mother was driving the vehicle which should have been my first hint to run away. His step-mother finally arrived with the car and I proceeded because I thought i was getting a good deal as far as the price, mileage and my trade in were concerned. I agreed on a down payment, filled out the paperwork, got approved for a loan and signed a promissory note to pay the remainder of my down payment within 30 days. I was told my car would be ready the following Monday March 17th for pick-up. The car wasn’t ready until Thursday March 20th with NO inspection sticker, no owner’s manual, and they did not have my registration ready. I demanded an owner’s manual and they gave me one from another c300 on the lot. I left my email so they could send the registration when their runner finally got it done. When Kevin sent me the registration the car was registered as blue instead of black! This was just the beginning of endless issues Within a few days the car was making a whipping noise. I went to get the car registered within the 7 days and the rear tires wouldn’t pass inspection and the front tires were scalloped. I called North Shore requesting all 4 tires to be replaced and the tires to be aligned. They said they don’t have the equipment needed to perform an alignment and I would have to pay for an alignment. When I take the car to their service, they have 2 tires and the other 2 were the wrong size. The service guy said he would replace 2 tires and move the scalloped tires to the rear and “hopefully the noise will go away”. I demanded that the 2 tires be replaced and was told that he had to contact his tire guy and he would call me when he got them in. He never called. I contacted Kevin and he said “I highly doubt the tires that are currently on the car impair the mobility of the car”. After refusing to pay the remaining down payment until the tires were replaced, he said he would have service take the tires off of a c300 and place them on my car. I took my car to the service shop on Saturday April 19th. After an hour, the service guy says my car was ready but he refused to take it off the lift and release the car to me until the balance was paid. I was taken to the accounting office and I requested to test drive the car to see if the noise was still there before I paid. They refused. The woman in accounting got into a screaming match with me. I called the Lynn police. The police arrived and asked Dave the manager to let me test drive the car with one of their associates, again they refused. I paid them the money and my car was finally released. On my way home, after about 30 minutes of driving, the noise reappeared. And within less than 24 hours, the engine light came on. I will be taking my car to a Mercedes dealership and if this can’t be resolved, I will be seeking legal counsel under the lemon law. More
