However, as these vehicles are pre-owned, sometimes things do happen, at which time we make the necessary repairs within the warranty period. We definitely deny any claim that we pay off anyone to inspect the cars as we actually do not even inspect the cars. Every one of our customers is instructed to visit an independent state inspection station to receive their vehicle inspection sticker. We are deeply sorry to hear that you have not had a good experience purchasing your vehicle from us. We make our best effort to provide the highest level of customer service to every single one of our customers. The vehicle you purchased came with a 30 day Massachusetts Limited Vehicle Warranty. Any necessary repairs need to be brought to our attention within these 30 days. We actually did perform a warranty claim on your vehicle within these 30 days and made the necessary repairs at no cost to you. However, the second time you contacted us about your vehicle, you were outside of the 30 day warranty period. As a gesture of good will, we offered to pay for half of the necessary repair (exhaust flex pipe), but you declined this offer. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would still like us to pay for half of the repair.
