Andrew, your review is full of misinformation and false accusations against our business. We disclosed upfront to you at the time of the sale that the vehicle had been in a prior accident that was minor in nature, but has since been repaired fully. We also disclosed that the vehicle was driven as a manager demo for a year and therefore had more mileage on it. With this in mind, we discounted the vehicle over $6000 for you. As far as the wiper, window, and navigation system. The wiper linkage snapped as a result of improper ice/snow removal, which we had no issue repairing under warranty. The window switch broke off due to excessive force, which the local Porsche dealer replaced for you under warranty. And as far as the navigation, there was nothing wrong with it at all; you went to the Porsche dealer for a navigation update, which they performed and charged you for, and you tried to get us to reimburse you for it. We stand behind every single one of our vehicles, with yours being no exception. We repaired your wiper linkage ($1000+) with no hesitation under warranty and have been more than responsive to your phone calls and concerns. After speaking with your homestay family, it has become apparent that the real cause of issue here is that your parents are upset with your purchase and now you are slandering us in an attempt to get us to take the car back. We have no issue standing behind the vehicle and making any warranty repairs necessary, but we will not be slandered into taking a car back due to buyers remorse.
