I had another positive experience two days ago buying off my son’s leased car. There were some issues we had(which I won’t bore you with) which would have made it impossible for us to buy off the leased car. The finance manger, Mr Rich Cirami, went above and beyond, and made this impossible transaction possible. He spent over an hour trying to find ways to make the process easy and smooth for us, while my head was reeling! Not once did he try to sell anything extra and I literally had to ask him I needed comprehensive warranty and tire warranty( yeah, we have had to go through many of those!) for my son. Rich, thank you for your kindness and empathy towards me and my family. We will never forget it! See you soon for two more!!!! More

Tried to call to make an appointment. at first I was told that they were booked, during the conversation I was told that if anything changes they will let me know. In less than 1 hour I r at first I was told that they were booked, during the conversation I was told that if anything changes they will let me know. In less than 1 hour I received a phone call that I had just Missed, the voice message stated to call back because they were able to Squeeze me in. I called back within 5 minutes to only be told that there were no appointments Available, a really rude Gentlemen took over the phone call and told me they don’t know who called me. And that they won’t take my vehicle in for service that I have to wait for the following week. After that conversation ended I Received a text message confirming my appointment for Friday after being told there’s no appoiment, I called back and the rude Gentlemen became more nasty to tell me that “I don’t know who’s texting you but we don’t even have you in the system” glad this all happen before taking my vehicle in, lost all the Confidence of taking my vehicle to such establishment. More

After an agreed upon lease payment and final cost owed with Corey and Roy, I was raked over the coals by the finance department for payment of 1200. Deceitful and dishonest dealership that doesn’t have the decency to call back clients, but run after them in the parking lot to apologize for the misbehavior of their finance department. Stay clear of this dealership, I wish I read all the reviews before going here. More
