The bank fees were built into the purchase price with no itemized description and not authorized. There were no paperwork, explanation or itemized like item. When inquired with Valerie Boccia, she was not professional and quite rude. She implied that hidden bank fees on the final sales price is acceptable and part of the process. Her response was basically “that’s how it is” and there’s nothing that I could do. However, when we escalated to Richard Cirami via email, he understood and reimbursed me back timely. More
