I did a lot of research before I decided on the car I wanted. The first time I went to this dealer, I met with Al. I test drove the Mazda3 with him. When I went back for a second look, Kal helped me because Al was on vacation. He was also very knowledgeable and friendly. He took time with my father and I in deciding on the specific features I wanted in my vehicle. He was very easy to talk to and always smiling. A few days after I purchased the car, I went back for my registration and inspection and saw Kal again. He sat with me while I waited for my inspection and made me feel very comfortable. The same day, I also met Jesus and the general manager (Chris?) and they were very friendly as well. I think Al and Kal's best qualities are that they're down to earth, which helped me trust that they had my best interests at heart. Thanks guys :) I LOVE my Mazda3!!! More

Imagine a dealership where you don't need to haggle, there is no pressure put on you to buy and they are willing to work with any request you can throw at them. Well that's Ira Mazda in a nutshell. I had largely decided that the Miata would be the best car for the value before I went to visit Ira. Al Blank was asked to help me test drive a model off the lot with features similar to the vehicle I wa car for the value before I went to visit Ira. Al briefly but more than adequately described the features but stated the best explanations would be found in the test drive. Al was friendly, knowledgeable and offered his input mostly when I asked questions. His suggestion of not only testing the vehicle on the highway but extending our drive through some curvy hilly areas really help me understand the handling characteristics of the MX-5. Purchasing a new car is never a simple stress free decision, Al made this purchase one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had to date. Thanks Al! More

Our pleasant experience at Ira Mazda was quite unexpected. We originally went to Ira Mazda for a used vehicle. With the help of the sales manager Gary Clarke, we were able to negotiate a price, for this 2009 Mazda 5, that we could afford. Gary was very pleasant and had a great personality. We also met with Rich Tewksbury for all the financial paperwork and he made it quite easy and a comfortable experience. However, I must repeat that Emilio Rodriguez was the nicest salesperson I have ever dealt with. We are very pleased with our purchase and would go back to Ira Mazda again. More
