I loath car dealers, furniture salesman and anybody on commision giving me the hard sell. I try my best to be honest/sincere and expect the same from people I am buying things from. I have not bought a car in 12yrs and expected the worst(pushy salespeople who don't give me honest answers and try to tack fees on the back end when it comes time to sign). That's exactly what I got from everyone else in MA except Emilio and Chris at IRA Mazda. They beat all competitors by $800.00 and gave me a price early on which they honored all the way to the end. Emilio (salesman) was extremely knowledgeable and bent over backwards to get me what I wan't. Chris (manager) did the same, he told me up front what he could do for me pricewise with no fuzzy math. I am writing this review for all the people like me who think they deserve a fair shake without all the hassle. IRA changed my mind about the whole car buying process. ZOOM ZOOM!! More

I had been a service customer in the past but stop going to Ira Mazda because of the poor service and high prices. I received an invitation to a Customer Appreciation night where the new service manager to Ira Mazda because of the poor service and high prices. I received an invitation to a Customer Appreciation night where the new service manager was going to talk about the changes that have taken place at Ira Mazda, so I attended. The event was great. They had a great buffet, explained all of the changes, talked about their new lower prices and raffled off a LOT of free prizes. I won a free detail... Since then I have gone back for my next service and they delivered on all of their promises. The new staff is very friendly and helpful, the prices are great and it is so much easier to do business their. The only problem is now I have to tell all the people I discouraged from going there that now they HAVE to go their for their service. Great Job Guys. More

Buying a first car is always a challenge no matter what type you are purchasing. The day of my visit to IRA, I went looking for a car and I found it. Me and my friend were gently approached by "AJ"and automatically we felt comfortable and welcomed. And just moments after that he came with what is now my new car; a beautiful Mazda3. Yep! It only took him one try to find the car I was looking for. I really please with the way my friend and I were treated. The day of my visit I did not feel I was treated as a customer. I felt I was treated as a long-time friend. I was at Ira Mazda in February looking for a new car. I fell in love with the Mazda 6. When I recieved my car (the demo) it was clean and prestine on the outside but a mess inside. As to Gary (Sales Manager) he was great with helping me in getting my car back in tip top shape. Gary went far and beyond to make me happy. I will say this I am very, very picky and they did a great job keeping me a satisfied customer. I recommend Ira Mazda due to their quick and "will stop at nothing to make a customer happy" attitude. I had a very good experience with this dealership due to my salesperson, Jesus. When I went to Ira Mazda, I was not ready to buy at that point. I was at the beggining of my search for a new car. Jesus never presured me at all. When I left the dearlership I told him I would not be ready to buy for a few weeks. He called me once to let me know it was nice meeting me and if I had any question or when I was ready to buy give him a call. Two or three weeks later I contacted him and told him I was ready to buy the CX9 and told him the color I wanted an the options. He got me the car I wanted. I would recommend Jesus to all my friends. Our salesman, AJ, was fantastic: he was friendly, professional, and straightforward. Also, Ira was able to not only meet our target price, but exceed it -- they gave us a deal we could not refuse. My husband and I have a toddler and had to bring her to the dealership while we purchased the car. The process of filling out all of the required paperwork took nearly three hours, during which ALL of the sales staff was very friendly towards our entire family, especially our daughter, which was very much appreciated. We had an excellent experience with Ira Mazda. Kal was very helpful in showing us the advantages of the CX-9. He and Chris the manager put together an aggressive offer and the assistance we received afte very helpful in showing us the advantages of the CX-9. This was the second time I have gone to the Ira Mazda of Danvers to look at new cars (and the second time I ended up getting a new Mazda6). Both experiences were good. The time and patience that both the Sales Manager and Sales Consultant had while I looked over all the options was much appreciated.
