The sales associate who assisted me, Duarte Bettencourt, was very cordial and accommodating in every way. If I were ready to purchase a Mazda, I feel the time and attention provided by Duarte and one of the managers, Andrew Mwangi, was both kind and professional and would certainly be reason to do business with North Shore Mazda and it’s staff. Service incompetence Northshore Mazda has had my car for four straight weeks. They could not figure out what was going on. I called the Mazda Corporation and got them invo Northshore Mazda has had my car for four straight weeks. They could not figure out what was going on. I called the Mazda Corporation and got them involved. Mazda corporation agreed to cover the cost. Okay. I appreciate that. I picked up my car today from the dealership and do you know it is still not fixed correctly? I have been more than patience with the situation with my car. I have had enough. They are incompetent to fix my car. I will be taking my car elsewhere to get fixed. I can not keep wasting my time as they have told me over the course of four weeks my car was fixed and ready for pick up and when I arrived at the dealership three times it still wasn’t fixed. Today, it is still not fixed. . Enough is enough and I have had enough. More
