Welcome to North Shore Mazda in Danvers, MA. The origin of North Shore Mazda began with our grandfather, who got into the car business while selling vegetables at the Farmers' Market in Waterbury, CT. It was there that he decided to start fixing the trucks that both the merchants and the farmers used for business.
With three generations of ownership, we have grown our New England business into 6 stores in two states. North Shore Mazda opened in late 2012.

Stopped in to voew a vehicle we saw online and Issac was able to quickly get us in for a test drive. North Shore Mazda delivered a Certified CX-5 to me in NH. Immediately took it to be inspected (NH Inspection needed). It failed due to a screw in the tire (needed replacement, beyond repair), and an almost d Immediately took it to be inspected (NH Inspection needed). It failed due to a screw in the tire (needed replacement, beyond repair), and an almost dead battery. Immediately notified North Shore Mazda of the two issues. Figured not a big deal, we can all agree this is not how a certified vehicle should arrive, and they would pay for the needed repairs (less than $500). Yeah, no. They agreed to reimburse me for the battery*, but not the new tire. Suggested the garage that inspected the vehicle could be responsible for the damaged tire (yeah, you read that right). Apparently, that is the "transparency" at a Joe Shaker Automotive Group dealership - well, the lack of integrity is easy to see. *Oh, and you'll be shocked to learn they never reimbursed me for the battery. Just so you're aware of the type of people running this dealership. More
