After extensive internet research, we decided to make the trip from Maine to North Shore Mazda in Massachusetts to test drive a CX-9 on New Year's Eve! We had purchased our current car, a Mazda CX-5, at North Shore Mazda over four years ago before we retired to Maine. We literally drove by two other Mazda dealers and ruled out several others near us to make the two hour drive to get to Salem Massachusetts where Bill Iannelli and Dmitriy Rutman were waiting for us. We are so glad we did! We were delighted with every aspect of our new car purchase from beginning to end. When we were presented with the lease/purchase details, Dmitriy graciously stepped away to give us time to discuss our financial concerns. Dmitriy was an exceptional salesperson: he was adept at balancing my needs and wants with my husband's practical issues. He handled everything with humor, grace and insight. Easy Purchase Christian O'Donnell assisted me upon entering the dealership. Although he was new to the position, he was friendly, easygoing and professional. He made sure that he understood my needs and was very accommodating in locating the car with the options I desired. I was a bit indecisive on color, but he was patient during that process. He explained in detail how the dealership worked and always followed thru to ensure all my questions were answered. Upon picking up the vehicle he went into detail on all the various features. Granted, it may take me a bit of time to get used to the radio and navigation system, but I love all the new features in my new Mazda CX-5, particularly the sports mode feature, enabling the zoom zoom effect! I had a nice, non stress experience at North Shore Mazda and hope the maintenance service will be as well. Thanks to Christian for all his help. More
