Fantastic service and a fantastic car I went in unsure of what car I was going to buy, debating between a few of the small SUV cars available. While I left the dealership still unsure of what car I was going to purchase, what I was sure of was that I felt taken care of at North Shore Mazda. Eventually, I settled upon a Mazda, since I loved the car and the service felt so genuine. My 'product consultant' as they are referred to there, Dmitriy, was fantastically accommodating, answering every question I could think of, and some I hadn't thought of, throughout the process and even afterwards. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and it doesn't hurt that my Mazda CX-5 is a wonderful car. More

Cars.com was one of the best sites that helped narrow down my search. Accurate and user friendly. One vehicle though (was the one I ended up buying) it had everything i was looking for. It was at North Shore Mazda. I droped an email to them and Sophi Soun an internet sales coordinator at North Shore Mazda responded back right away. Fast forward, I went in person to meet with Joshua Fatal a super friendly fellow. I wish him the best. He walked me through everything. I also met with awesme staff like Bill lannelli and Larry Cole. It was such a great experience buying my new car from this dealer. Definitely recommend North Shore Mazda. Keep up the great work guys. Best luck. More

Great Experience I found the people at North Shore Mazda to be professional and knowledgeable about their products. NS Mazda was the first dealership I visited while deciding which car I would buy, and their courteous and low key attitude brought me back after I decided on the Mazda. I worked with two sales people. I met Andrew when I first visited the dealership, and it was his professionalism that I compared my visits to other brands' dealers with (they did not compare very well). Andrew was on vacation when I returned, and worked with Dmitriy through the process of actually buying the car. Again, they were professional to work with; no pressure. Even while negotiating on price I always felt that, while they were certainly interested in selling a car, it was always my choice to buy or not. Good move on their part as I am much more confident is bringing my car in for service after my experience with their sales department. More

Easy and enjoyable process! Ask for Andrew Mwangi! he first thing I noticed walking into the dealership was that there weren't ten salespeople overwhelming me and pressuring me. Andrew Mwangi was my salesman and he was extremely patient with me as I tried to figure out which Mazda would be good for me and for my daughter. I thought I was driving him nuts when I'd change my mind from the X5 to the X3, etc. but he was calm and gave me room to decide what I wanted. The best part wasn't the buying process but rather when we went to pick the car up, he took his time to show us all of the features and suggested a few for my daughter as well such as the walk away lock so she doesn't have to worry if she secured the car or not. He tailored the presentation knowing both of our needs so that she drove away happy and I felt safe knowing that the AWD will protect her while driving in the NH winters. I would recommend working with Andrew if you want a smooth process from start to finish. More
