My experience with Dominique was the worst among other Mazda’s dealers (Liberty, Wellesley, Mastria). Before coming into the dealership, my name was typed incorrectly. She took longer than others dealers Mazda’s dealers (Liberty, Wellesley, Mastria). Before coming into the dealership, my name was typed incorrectly. She took longer than others dealers to get the cost of the vehicle. I waited for like 10-15 minutes but other dealers were around 2-5 minutes. She took an unnecessary step for me to sign “I agree to buy the vehicle if the prices is affordable and...” on a piece of paper before getting to know the price. I didn’t sign obviously and found it to be very redundant. She still provided the price of the vehicle thereafter. What a terrible way of playing mind game with customers! However, she’s a friendly, patient person. More
